To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: • limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. • wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses

    Give your sunscreen 2 to 3 minutes to settle before applying makeup or going about your day to ensure maximum protection.

    Step 3: Reapply Throughout the Day

    Top up every 2 hours, or after sweating or towel drying, to keep your skin fully protected. To reapply throughout the day, use a sponge, brush, or your fingertips to gently press more SPF onto the skin.
