UVB rays are the ones that cause sunburn and make us go “ouch” in the shower!! UVB is also linked to skin cancer.

How often should I apply my sunscreen?
Sunscreen should be reapplied a minimum of at least every two hours, regardless of the SPF level, as it can wear or rub off and always reapply after swimming, towel drying and excessive sweating.
Don’t forget your ears, nose and neck too.
To ramp up the level of glamour and protection, lounge under a parasol, particularly between 10 AM and 2 PM, and accessorize with your favorite hat, sunglasses, long-sleeved top, or flowy cover-up!
Should you wear SPF on cloudy days? Absolutely, 90% of the suns rays will pass through the clouds too.
So take care of your skin all year round and make SPF part of your daily ritual!
